Anniversary Appraisals

Pangea3, a legal process outsourcing firm (LPO), introduced sometime back an innovative performance appraisal system known as one year ‘anniversary appraisal cycle’. An employee who has completed one year comes-up for appraisal without having to wait for the organization’s annual evaluation to end. The appraisal system has also been uniquely designed by the company under which they account for not only the quantitative client contact metrics but also qualitative aspects and the throughput (volume errors). Every quarter an employee is engaged with an engagement form that provides visibility to the individual regarding his/her performance position.
